Hi all!
Does anyone else have problems with uploading attachments in SRM5.0?
When we upload attachments to SRM shoppingcart the program stops, does not respond and can only be terminated with task manager from Windows XP. We already have Java Runtime Environment 1.5 on all client pc's. Any idea?

Hi,
Try to deactivate java applet in SRM SPRO .
SRM Server->Cross-Application Basic Settings->Define Settings for Attachments
the flag "deactivate java applet".
