I needed some detailed info on setting up Org structure. Would anyone be able to send me a guide or document which describes step by step creation & set up of organization structure ?

Hi Marcin,

Thanks a lot for sending the doc & already awarded you. Just a small query if there are any changes (i.e. additional functionalities) for setting up Org structure from EBP 3.0 to SRM 5.5. Where can I get this info. Can you suggest ?

Hi,

There is a small difference between SRM 3.0 and 5.0 in Vendor org. struct.

The vendors are created in transaction PPOCV_BBP. Here you create your vendor root and all vendors get populated as a result of vendor replication in this org unit.

To display this vendor root org, please use PPOMV_BBP.

Below is the link to SRM 5.0 Release notes and changes. On page 78 You have information about Organizational model in SRM 5.0
