Hi
We need to load support packs to correct a production issue. But our SAINT queue is blocked by an old EW support pack load that failed. We do not have the original support pack SAPKITAR47 and it has been replaced by SAPKITAR4A on SWDC. We have the cofile but not the data file.
As a result we can not use SPAM. Is there some way we can reset the SAINT queue?

You will need to fully import the old support package in order to clear up SAINT.
You should investigate the reason for failure and try and fix it.
Alternatively please open a SAP message in component BC-UPG-OCS

Unless someone has a copy of the original SAPKITAR47 patch from late 2005 it looks like we are stuck. I opened a SAP message yesterday and we are working with SAP. I have seen similar issues to this previously and in the end SAP change the table to remove the patch. It would save time if we could do this ourselves.
If someone wants to email me the solution rather then publicly post it then that would be great.
