Hi all,
I'm running on 4.6C and planning to step up to mySAP ERP shortly. What shall I do with a number of sapscripts which have been developed over time?
Are sapscripts still valid in mySAP ERP?
Is there a way to convert sapscripts into smartforms?
Does it make sense to go for smartforms in new developments given that the upgrade to mySAP will soon be faced?
Thanks for an answer.
Ray

Hi Ray, I'm in the same situation, moving from 46c to my SAP ERP 2005. In short, yes you can use SAPscript in EPR2005. There are too many out there, SAP will not take the functionality away. On the other hand, the Adobe Interactive Forms solution is the new forms printing standard, so new forms from SAP will be done with this tool as opposed to SAPscript. But you old sapscripts will still be usable in the new system.

Yes, there is a migration tool built into the Smartforms transaction, but again Adobe Forms is the new standard.
