SRM champions !

I have a question related to MM-SUS scenario.

We are able to send the PO's from R/3 to SUS

We are able to create PO ack, ASN and Inv from SUS which comes to R/3..

When we accept the Parked invoice in R/3 and make the payments, will this status automatically updated in SUS ? if so, what messages i need to trigger to SUS from MM ? if some one has any documents related to this, pls share them with me.....

Hi Manesh,

Payments do not generate any message for SUS.

But in SUS Invoice detail, at the bottom, there is a subscreen "Payment status" with a button to call R/3 to get payment status.

This screen is enable if your PO comes from mySAP ERP (R/3 4.7, ECC 5.0 or ECC 6.0).

So if your R/3 backend is too old, this feature is not available.

You can also de-activate this status in SPRO --> Supplier Self-Services --> Settings for the User Interface --> Customer Settings --> with table entry SHOW_INVOICE_PAY_STATUS.

This will use SRM FM META_GET_PAYMENT_STATUS.

Hi Christophe

I dont find the button in the SUS invoice screen....

Is this a part of standard SAP or do we need to do any enhavcements in SUS ?
