SDM

This maybe a newbie question, but where can I get the SDM software to install PDK60.9? And also where can I get the SAP NetWeaver Studio? Can I download them or are they provided in SAP CD's?

Hello Adhimas,

if you have an Service Marketplace account you can download the official Version from http://service.sap.com/swdc. If not you can download the "SAP NetWeaver Enterprise Portal on MaxDB - Developer Edition Sneak Preview" from the <a href="https://www.sdn.sap.com/sdn/downloadarea.sdn">SDN Download Area</a>. It also includes the NetWeaver Developer Studio.

What about the SDM (Software deployment manager)?

SDM is part of the SAP Web AS Java.

Actually SDM is part of JDI, which is included in the WebAS package. JDI can also be installed seperately.
