MDM Catalog, Importing BME Files

Hello,

we are running a testsystem SRM 5.0 and are trying to implement the MDM Catalog. I am stuck while importing my BMEcat file. I can import the file into the MDM Import Manager and can see in Source Hierarchy BMECAT with my catalog item and CATALOG_STRUCTURE with my complete structure.

Unfortunetly I have no idea how to continue and publish this catalog. Is there any documentation about importing/publishing catalog files with MDM?

Any help is very much appreciated.

Hi Stefan,

Have you mapped and imported the source fields to the destination fields within the Import Manager?

There isn't a specific 'Publish' button or task within SRM-MDM. A catalogue item is made available to the requisitioner as long as it qualifies the parameters defined for its view / mask.
