Thanks Guys, but my biggest challenge is that right now my j2ee engine is failing to start from the browser and these parameters have something to do with the j2ee engine.

how do i proceed?

When ever you change the parameters (at SAP level), there is version management. Before creating a new version of the parameter file,

the older version of the file is saved in the profile directory with an extension of .BAK

incase, you need to revert back to the old values, then:

1. Save the latest version of the parameter file with a different name

2. Rename the .BAK file to parameter file name

3. Start the SAP system.

The mentioned parameters are not known to the instance profile check program.

Hence the check program states them as unknown parameters.

And a check can not be performed by the check program if the parameters are unknown.

Ignore the warnings and continue.

Hi Trevor,

If they are only warnings and the system is actually behaving the way you want, I will suggest you to ignore this warnings.

Juan
