SAPClassNotFoundException: com.microsoft.jdbc.sqlserver.SQLServerDriver

Hi

I have installed JDBC drivers in System where i have installed SQL Server... but i am still getting the following error....

Error: Accessing database connection 'jdbc:microsoft:sqlserver://10.7.1.43:1433;DatabaseName=Ravi;' failed: DriverManagerException: Cannot establish connection to URL 'jdbc:microsoft:sqlserver://10.7.1.43:1433;DatabaseName=Ravi;': SAPClassNotFoundException: com.microsoft.jdbc.sqlserver.SQLServerDriver

Please tell me

JDBC drivers are to be deployed in your XI server and not the SQL Server.

Both XI Server and SQL Server are installed in Same System

JDBC drivers are not deployed properly.

Hi,

I think you still need to deploy the drivers in XI. You need to update the jmsproviderlib. Go thro the HowTo on deploying drivers in XI.
