No entry in End-to-End monitor

I found no entry in my End-to-End Monitoring. the Overall message is 0, and I found a green icon with "No errors" text in its right. If I click the green icon, a view will occurs below and shows "No instances are available".

I've configured the components I want to monitor in "Configuration" with high level and saved.

Anyone can help me?
