Idoc unable to hit XI

Hi All,

Im actually executing the MM-SUS pre-shipped SAP scenario in XI.

I have triggered the purchase order in the form of Idoc (orders.orders02) to XI (trans: me22n)

It shows the status 03 in we02.

but the idoc is not hitting xi and i dont see any entry in sxmb_moni

Plz help....

Hi,

Please use transaction SM58 in your SAP system with the user id as * and see if there is any error in the TRFC queue.

If the Idoc shows status as 03 in in we02 and it has not reached XI, it implies the Idoc is stuck in the TRFC in SM58.

Hi,

Check for the business system cache. Go to SXI_Cache ( go to --business systems ) check whether the sending business system have an entry with the logical ALE and also delete the cache content.

check system log from sm21 in sender and XI system.

i have even restarted the system.... it still is the same...

in sm58 transaction it shows status "Transaction Recorded"

Hi Siddhartha,

Have You tested the RFC connection using SM59... was it able to logon to XI server...

it logs on to the xi server.....

if it shows the status 'Transaction recorded', that means it is still in the TRFC queue .Select this entry and try to manually push the Idoc by pressing F6.

In SM58 it shows the status transaction recorded

but still not enry in sxmb_moni of xi

Check SM58 for tRFC errors of IDOCs...
