Attachment option for a shopping cart approver

Hi Gurus,

Can we attach a document by the approver when he approver the SC.

The "Add note" tab gives the possibility of entering the text or even copying it from some other file. But our requirement is we need to attach the file while the manager approves the shopping cart which can be accessible to the next level manager/requestor.

Kindly suggest if you have any views.

Try out this...

Where you attach Internal Note / Vendor Text with a Shopping cart creator (Employee role), there is aoption for File attachments as well.

Login as Manager on ITS and Go into the details of any line item and select the tab Documents and Attachments.

(There for every line item you can attach a different file or so )

Thanks for the reply.

We are doing the SC texts and attachments for long. But our requirement is when the manager approves the SC he can see all the details of the SC including texts and attachments for all line items as mentioned.

But we want to add a new attachment for manager other than the one added by the employer.

I dont see any addition tab in the "Documents and Attachments" tab

May I know whether you are mentioning something else.

Try to give full authorization(High) to Approver role in BBP_WFL_SECURITY and check.

Hi,

As Jagdish mentioned,you need to set the attribute "BBP_WFL_SECURITY" to '4'(High) so that the manager/approver is able to go in teh chnage mode and attach any document.
