Default Reviewer in SRM

Hi All,

We have a busisness requirement to default a Reviewer for Shopping carts in SRM.

I know that we can add a reviewer for the shopping cart manually. But, is there a way to default Reviewer based on Commodity code or Purchasing Group or some other criteria?

Pls let me know if there are any options.

Hi

Are you using Standard SAP Workflow or some Copy of Standard (customer workflow ).

Incase you are using Custom Workflow, you can maintain the same by doing some changes to the stndard based on the requirement.

We are looking for standard functionality in SRM. Is there a way to have a sloution using standard functionality with any adevlopment.

Hi Anji,

In the standard SRM there is no functionality for the adding the default reviewer thorugh BADI.

Even i also came across same requirement -- SAP told me their is no such facility till date.

solution i gave --- from the Doc save badi while saving the SC Send a FYI mail to the reviewer based on the Company code ( criteria for Reviewer ). So the reviewer will be aware of this purchase.
