Installing CI on Java

hi,

I currently have the ABAP and JAVA stack installed a single host with EP-IPPE, BI content and MDM 3.0 add-on all installed successfully.

I also the EP 6.0 SP9 running on the same box.

My confusion is whether for CI install i need to install another java system or can i use the existing Java stack for installing CI on the same box.

Hi Tony,

you need to install CI on the Java stack on the same box as MDM (add-in installation). Installing CI on a standalone engine is not supported.
