Hi,
Does anyone know how to calculate CPU Utilization from data collected using Windows perfmon tool? I've included Counters such as % Processor Time, etc. Thank you.

You can save the information in CSV file and then import into excel from the perfmon tool. The key counters are % Processor Time and processor queue lenght. In the perfmon tool you can select wich processor you want to colect the information or the total processor time.
A sustained processor queue length > 2 , generally indicates a processor bottleneck. Add more processors.
Best regards.
