You can try with <697> it will display the checkbox as selected.

you wont find it in print preview, you can find it in printout.

In your text node hit the Text Editor button.

Now go to Include - > Characters -> SAP symbols.

Here you will find a selected checkbox and an empty square that you can use.

You will need to include Conditions on the text nodes to decide whether to print the selected checkbox or the empty square.

Hi,

I would like to know how the condition is given in the text nodes.

Please help me with flow logic or a screen shot for it

I'm not sure what logic you will be using, but let's assume that if your variable "v_myvar" is equal to X then you want to print the text node.

In the Conditions Tab of the Text Node put

Field Name = v_myvar

Click on the next field which is the Relational Operator and choose '='.

In the next field which is the Comparison Value type 'X' (with the single quotes).

Now whatever is in your Text Node will only be displayed if v_mvar = 'X'.

Hi Shwetha,

Another way is to use [ and ] in text symbols.i.e.[] will look like checkbox.

Reward points if this Helps.
