BI-content Workflow DataSources

Hi All,

In our situation we are using of the following landscape:

- SAP ECC 5.0

• SAP-Basis-component; level SAPKB64018

• Basis Plug-In (PI_BASIS) 2005_1_640; level SAPKIPYJ68

• Business Information Warehouse; level SAPKW35018

- Netweaver 2004 (BW 3.5)

• SAP-Basis-component; level SAPKB64018

• Basis Plug-In (PI_BASIS) 2005_1_640; level SAPKIPYJ68

• Business Information Warehouse; level SAPKW35018

• Business Intelligence Content; level SAPKIBIFQ3

We would like to implement the new workflow DataSources now present in SAP ECC:

- 0BPM_WIHEAD (Work Items),

- 0BPM_LOGHIST (Logs),

- 0BPM_OBJREL (Work item to object relation),

- 0BPM_DEADLINES (Deadlines).

In BW however, we can't find the corresponding BI-content (InfoObjects, InfoSources, InfoCubes and so on). Does anyone has a clue whether we can use these new DataSources in our environment and how to get the corresponding BI-content?

After I activate and try to run extractor 0BPM_WIHEAD in SAP, No data comes back.In the same time, there is lots of data in table SWWWIHEAD. Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Amany,

I have had the same problem. Please refer to note 999808. You first have to use the 0BPM_LOGHIST extractor. This one will fill a table with timestamps. These timestamps are used by the other extractors. When you do so, you'll be fine.
