Hi,
I want to implement digital signature of invoices in SAP R/3.
I dont't know if it's possible to sign (with certificate X.509) SAP Documents (like invoice) and what's the procedure.
I have read something about SSF but I don't clearly understand what to sign (SAP Document Invoice, a PDF/XML generated with de invoice data, how to archive the signed documents) and if it's necessary to use an external product/software to integrate this scenario.
I need to sign the documents from an Enterprise Portal with a certificate installed into Internet Explorer.
Is it possible (with an R/3 4.6C an EP 6.0)?
Where are the documents archived?
Something standard?
Some documentation?
Thank you
Best Regards
Luis
Hello,
Please anyone can help me include automatically (in the server-side) digital signature in pdf Forms (using the Adobe Document Service). I know this is possible but I cant find any documentation about the system configuration.
thanks

Hello,
for an example you can see under the topic "Digital Signatures and Document Encryption API" in the Development Manual (http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/4f/65c3b32107964996a56e4165077e24/frameset.htm).
You can see also an example on that usage (http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/a4/d0201854fb6a4cb9545892b49d4851/frameset.htm).
Kind regards, Jordan
