hi all,
Am doing an Idoc to file scenario.I ve done with IR and ID. But for triggering the whole flow i need to do some prerequisites at the r3 s/m. i have to create
1. RFC Destination.
2. Port
3. Partner profile.
Can anybody give me step by step method of doing it. Also i ve to create the idoc and sent it to xi. How can it be done....... plzzzzzzz help me

You can use BD64 transaction for establishing connection between the two systems, u need to specify the Sender Logical System and Receiver Logical system it will automatically generate the profiles.

These are the required steps for IDoc to File scenario...
In R3 (i.e., your IDES system)...
1. RFC dest to XI (sm59)
2. Logical system (bd54)
3. Port to XI (we21) --- use RFC dest created in step 1
4. Partner profile for the logical system (we20) - use Logical system name created in step 2
Do you want to create a custom idoc?
