Well I uploaded a logo through tcode se78.
The image was initially in .jpg format. I converted it into .bmp using paintbrush.
The background of the logo is white. But when I upload this logo into sap through se78 the background gets a light grey shade & is also reflected in print.
Now I don't want the grey shade & want the background of the logo to be white.
Kindly suggest a solution.

how did u upload the logo i mean the color. is tht Bcol or BMON
i think tht should be BCOL.plz retry the same same uploading the same logo with BCOL option it should work and also remember tht the color of the logo doesnot change once it is uploaded into the docuement server.

The problem is the type of bitmap image. To be transparent, SAP only recognizes 256 color bitmaps. Save your bitmap image again as 256 color and reload into SE78 and it will work as you expect.
