Hi,

I think this document will help you to understand the Integration Process/architecture-

Hi,

Integration Process is a sequence of steps to attain a business process sequence. It gets executed in Business process engine.

The Repository, directory etc are not part of Integration Process.

They help in creation and execution of the integration process.

You can get various blogs on BPM, its steps etc in SDN.

ACTUALLY i CAM ACROSS THRU THE FOLLOWING QUESTION.

Following design objects are part of Integration process scenario

a). Integration directory

b). Integration repository

c). Integration builder

d). Partner connectivity kit

e). Adapter engine

I expect answer is a & b. Is that correct?

C is nothing but A & B right.. so C is ruled out..

Adapter engine is a part of Integration server?..

Integration server is not a design object right?

So I think a & b are the correct answers.

Please let me know if I am wrong.

Thanks

Balaji,

when you are talking about design objects, Integration Directory is not one of them. Since Integration Directory would be used in configuration, not in the design.

Similarly PCK, Adapter engine, Integration server will not be used during design. So the answer would be B, C

yeah..correct..But integration Builder is nothing but Repository & Deirectory right?

So answer should be only B right?

yes, but since he has given options separately for IR, ID, IB(builder) technically the answer should IB is also valid. because IR belongs to IB. Thats why its IR and IB.
