Config Test - Interface Mapping error

Former Member

I have configured an RFC - File scenario.

I wanted to test the scenario in Int. Directory.

I have give the XML for the payload and all other entries.

The test gives me a runtime error: The text is:

Interface mapping Object ID XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Software Component XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX does not exist in runtime cache.

I have checked the cache notifications both in IR and ID.

Also in Administration link of the Integration Builder start page, under <b>Runtime</b> > <b>Admin of Locks and Caches</b> > <b> Cache Overview</b>,

under <b>Single Repository Object Cache Refresh</b>, after giving

Object Type : Mapping

Object id: the one from the above error message

Sw component: the one from the above error message

Hitting the <b>Refresh Object</b> opens Int Exp window, displaying <b>OK</b>

But testing the config gives the same error.

Naveen,

When you do cache refresh from ID are you getting any errors. Go to Envrionment --> Cache Notifications --> click on Problems tab. It will show you for any missing objects in the scenario. I think surely it would show something here.

Hi everyone,

I tried to test the service, <b>sap/xi/cache_ssl</b>, it gives me an error saying that

<b>"Could not find host or port information"</b>

are there any changes to be done on this service. I did not do anything on any of the services except for activating them

Can anyone please check with the setting in their systems?

Hi,

go to SXI_CACHE and check the cache,

Also go to Directory>Environment>Clear SLD cache Refresh

Do the cache refresh in Integration builder>Administration>Cache Overview

do this for all( Repository, Directory , Runtime).
