Hi Markus,
We have a global client requirements to create offline Interactive form with multiple drop down list showing like name of states, name of countries, currencies, multiple reasons for request and One is to show the complete list of products available.
That's where I see the problem, HOW MUCH DATA CAN BE SHOWN IN DROP DOWN (offline scenario) EASILY WITHOUT ANY MAJOR ISSUE Like READER response time or XML Size etc.
Is there any specific limit or number , also any document (OSS Note) which talks about this issue.
thanks,
Dharam
Hi Dharam,

Hi Dharam ,
I have resolved it .
I am getting data from R/3 system using BAPI . Created a context value node and loop the data in BAPI and assign all values to a value attribute by assigning a Valueset to it .
Bind this Value node as data source to PDF component in layout and map the value set to the corresponding drop down list box.
Are you adding any client side scripting for the open event on Drop down list box ?
Please let me know how you implemented .
