Endless "Copy From" when copying from template

Hi

I have copied some business scenarios from a template project to my own project.

When I make changes to a document from the template in my own project I get a "Copy From" prefix placed <i>each</i> time I make changes to that document (and at the same time all document history is deleted).

I think this is fine the first time you change the document but it should not take place each time I change the document.

Any ideas for a solution?
