SPAM/SAINT Update error

Hi,

My System is R/3 4.7x110 and I have 2 server one is Production, other is Development... PRD is working well.

last week there was system copy...

DEV has SPAM Update problem now.

steps :

1 - load from frontend or apllication - ok

2 - choose CAR files -ok

3 - shown ATT PAT files - ok

4 - click DECOMPRESS Button- ok

AND Error " Could not create file list"

This error same all kind of update I tried.. ( HR, SPAM, BASIS )

and all TMS tools work well I checked it STMS...

Looked SPAM Setting - "Directory of Application server" routes to Production SAP/TRANS/EPS/IN ..... and I cannot change it.

is anybody has any idea?

could u detail me how you solved the problem

i am also facing the same problem.

Here i am having two system lanscape, DEV & PROD

here DEV is maintained as the domain controller

I am updating the OCS package (spam) in PROD

showing the same error as "Could not create the file list"

hope you would to this as early as possible

Hi,

U r tarns directory is pointed towards the production server.check where the domain controller is configured and adjust the settings also check the free space in the PRD..

may be it is full , thts why decompress is not working.. u can do one thing manually uncar those sar files and put in ep\in in DEV server and upload those from the apllication server

Hi sonat

Need more info...have you manually downloded the car file from market plce.If you have please tryto down lode the file again and try to update SPAM again.After downloding car files..more impotent thing is make sure that ther are no file system issue like utilazation of file system is 100%.Before proceeding.

Hi,

these kind of problems are comman in SPAM upgrade just come back and try to do upgrade agian it will solve your problem

SPAM try to upgrade progrmae which you are upadating so that kind of error occur.

try to read the Know problems while applying
