Performance Issue in table HRP1001 after Upgrade Oracle Patched & ML inAIX

Dear Sir,

I have some issue performance after we do upgrade the Oracle Pacth 9.2.0.6 to 9.2.07 and ML in AIX 5.3,

After sucessfull upgrade the Patch and ML and start sap system, a lot of process hang with sequential read table HRP1001. please if you have any solution for this ?

Have you applied TL4 and run all proper Oracle scripts? Looks like CBO is working properly

thanks for your advice but SAP give me this oss note 539921 and i can solve this issue.
