Third Party Help Desk Integration

Hello,

we´ll integrate SAP Solution Manager 4.0 with third party help desk. I have find out that SolMan 4.0 having a web service API.

Is it right, if I want to use these interface the third party service desk have to provide a web service which must also implement this services descripted by the API or have i misunderstood this concept?

Hi Sebastien,

Believe you would have integrated solution manager with the 3rd party help desk. Could you share the working model (proof of concept) how you went about the integration?

Can you pls tell me whether it is possible to integrate SolMan's service desk with CA's service desk?

Any informative link where I can get these details pls?
