Right now my Master catalog has been set like "To be approved".
How can I change this setting to "Approved"?.

I fixed my issue using:

For this version I have to select "Catalog Characteristics"
I followed the instructions but I do not have the option "Edit Characteristics" in the Schema Tab page.
