Hi,
Some how in our the adaptors status has changed to ash from green.
I have no idea how this happened.
Please let me know how to reset.
Can you please brief the same.
Where to do it ?
with the urls if any.

1)Check after clearing the Cache
2) >>RWB->Component monitering-> Adaptormonitoring
for some adaptors file, mail etc are in ash
Are you checking on the right date selection

where did you see Ash? In component monitoring of RWB? Initially when you logon to RWB, adapter engine shows ash only, you need to click on it then it shows green if you have any active communication channels

You must be checking adapter monitor in your RWB.
If the adapter staus has changed to ash, this means the adapter is not active.
In that case log into ID , locate that respective communication channel and check if it is activated with status active. You will find a field called 'status' in your communication channel. Make sure that it is active.
