how to restart Adaptor

Some how in our the adaptors status has changed to ash from green.

I have no idea how this happened.

Please let me know how to reset.

you can also restart the adapter in the visual administrator

Hi,

In the Adapter confirguration at the right top you can find a drop down ..

Where make it to inactive, save it and activate,,then make it to active ,save it and activate the Adapter.
