SAPHTML_E_CALL_METHOD_FAILED in the SXMB_MONI

Hi all.

I can't see XML message in the SXMB_MONI>Display XML Message Versions.

Message panels (in the right side) show only error message SAPHTML_E_CALL_METHOD_FAILED: 桓睯慄慴("HTML000001").

Plz. Help me.

Hi

try to check if sapgui version if the latest one.

Maybe you can solve the problem upgrading sapgui.

Hi.

My current sapgui is 640 Final Release and 22 patch level.

Should I version up or level up the sapgui?

the only thing you can try is to install a previous version of sapgui...

i'm working with 640 Final Release Patch Level 17

Are u using Internet Explorer 6 or 7?

if you are using IE 7 you can try to downgrade to 6.

Hi.

My IE version is 6.0.

My friend's laptop with the same sapgui and patch works well in SXMB_MONI that shows XML messages.

I changed my laptop to new one recently.

In my new laptop the sapgui does not show XML messages in the sxmb_moni.

Any good idea?

Try to load the SAP gui again in your system and try.

Hi,

If you are using the synchronous interfaces for the first time you will not see the messages in SXMB_MONI. Here it shows only the error messages. In this case you have to add few parameters in SXMB_ADM.
