UPGRADING SPAM

Hi All,

Can anyone let me know whether it is mandatory to <b>upgrade</b> the<b> SPAM</b> in the sequence or i can directly upgrade it with the latest version i.e SAPKD64020 or SAPKD64022.

I will be pleased if you can help me out with the upgrading procedure followed for SPAM.

Hi,

there is no need to upgrade step by step for spam so you can directly upgrade 20 to22.

since the file is smal you can upload using front end

goto spam

<b>load packages-> from front end</b>

then select upgrade SPAM/SAINT.

Hi Gopi

Its always good to upgrade in sequence because there are various depedencies which can create a problem latter.Then you will have to go throught various notes to solve in one by one.

To be on the safer side ...............sap recommends to upgrade SPAM in sequence.
