How to publish IAC service PZ11?

Hi guys!

In Portal ESS there is link to call ITS's IAC. IAC is named as PZ11 in the settings of the link. However, in se80 there is no internet service named like this.. I need to publish it, but how? When I run W3_PUBLISH_SERVICES in se38, there is also no pz11.. How can then work the link from the portal?? How can I find the service and publish it?

Hello Olian,

I'm assuming you're using the Integrated ITS? If so you can create an SICF entry for PZ11. The easiest way is to copy an existing ITS entry and then edit the "Settings" to:

~generatedynpro 1

~transaction pz11

Then you need to activate this service.
