You'll have to elaborate on what you are trying to accomplish.
You can change the trace settings in SITSPMON if using the Integrated ITS.
If you're using the External ITS then there is a log and trace directory for the ITS usually located at C:\program files\sap\its\2.0\<virt.ITS>\.
