Hi Experts,

We need a problem in PRD environment.

We tested the sm59 - Program-ID is OK, but when send the interfaces, we have a message in sm58

program XIDESTPRD not registered / CPI-C error CM_ALLOCATE_FAILURE_RETRY.

Do you have more the one application server ?

If you have more the one application server maybe that the RFC is configured just for one of the application server.

No, I have only one application server.

The error only appears in SM58 transaction.

In my opinion you have to check the external RFC server log and the network connectivity.

Anyway you can automatically restart the failed tRFC (that ones stopped in SM58) scheduling the report RSARFCEX each 5 minutes.

Hi vijaya,

gateway and host is correct.

The SM59 test connection is OK.

The erro appears in SM58.
