Problem printing a form. Weird

Hello experts!!

We have this weird problem. We used to print a billing form in a printer located in certain state of the country and all the sudden the form gets printed in another location, it used to work right but now this is happening.

We have checked the default printers, changed the IP addresses for the computer's name and we don't seem to find what's really happening.

What can we do??, would a debugging help me to detect what's happening? what else could I check?

have u cchecked the OUTPUT device parameters... like

HOST NAME

HOST PRINTER

SPOOL SERVER ETC....

in SPAD ... give u r output device name then once check...for more clarification.

Yes, we have checked all the output device parameters, they are fine, actually you can print manually any other thing.... the problem comes during the billing process trying to print automatically...

debug it... once chek all the parametes befor e calling Smartform function module..
