Hi Praveen,

I would suggest first go on help site, where you can find a lot of helpful info on Mobile Sales and Service:

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_crm40/helpdata/en/1a/023d63b8387c4a8dfea6592f3a23a7/frameset.htm

============================================================

Help on Mobile Application Studio:

Version 5.0:

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_crm50/helpdata/en/9a/15f9392486ce1ae10000000a114084/frameset.htm

Additional info on above topics can be found here:

Also, you can click on below link and go to mySAP CRM -> SAP CRM 4.0 -> Field Applications

i think sliweb and mobis SAP are internal project systems that aren't accessible

from the public domain. RKT is also not available to all public roles esp during the

ramp-up period. better to suggest links and materials which are accessible externally.

Hi Praveen,

First, I would suggest you to go through the MSA FAQ at

https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/2cd338ff-0601-0010-cfba-d11...

Refer the following blog on some more tips

/people/santosh.v/blog/2006/05/23/introduction-to-mobile-sales-application-for-laptops

If you have access to the Service Marketplace (http://service.sap.com), select "Release & Upgrade Info" tab, click "Installation & Upgrades Guides" and then open "mySAP Business Suite Applications -> mySAP CRM -> SAP CRM 4.0 -> Mobile Client Installation Guides" section on the left navigator bar.

Hope this helps

Regards,

Rahul
