I want to learn SAP and would like to get it into the module that is in demand at present or would be in future. I am particularly interested in a module that involves Techinical and Funcational aspects.
how is SCM or CRM doing?

I think you should try for a technofunctional consultant. I think CRM with ABAP is good.

It all depends on where you live and where you wanna work. As Micheal said, just look for the jobs on modules you are interested where you live. But it will not be same all the time. In IT you have to continuously update yourself to get good jobs.
