Items getting deleted from master Catalog

Hello People,

We are using SRM 5.0 (EBP 5.5) and CCM 2.0.

I have uploaded the items in a supplier catalog through CSV files. i have used more than one content file to upload the entire set of items.

I could find all the items being uploaded and displayed in the supplier catalog.

i mapped these items to the master catalog. the items got mapped and displayed in master catalog too.

But when i tried to publish the master catalog after a gap of few hours, i found all the items got deleted from the master as well as supplier catalog except few.

Could any one plz help me in this regard.

You only need to publish the Procurement Catalogs.

You haven't made any mention of having a Procurement catalog so am I missing something ?

You map Supplier -> Master and then select the Procurement Catalog and map Master -> Procurement.

In each case you assign the categories / sub-categories and the save.

You then map the content and again save.

Hi Keith,

Actually we can publish the master catalog also.

Master Catalog can be treated as procurement catalog.

I have assigned my categories from supplier to master catalog.

Saved the master catalog .Then mapped the items likewise.

Published the master catalog. I used this master catalog to create shopping cart.

But after a gap of few hours, I find all the items are missing from all the catalog categories.

I am absolutely not able to find the reason behind this.
