Error in accessing External Web Service

Hello Everyone,

In my application i am trying access External Web Service.

For that i am Configuring Proxy Settings, with the following help

I am getting below exception

<Localization failed: ResourceBundle='com.sap.exception.io.IOResourceBundle', ID='Could not create SSL socket:java.net.ConnectException Connection refused: connect', Arguments: []> : Can't find resource for bundle java.util.PropertyResourceBundle, key Could not create SSL socket:java.net.ConnectException Connection refused: connect

Host IP and Port i am giving the IP Address of the Server where my application is running. Please guide me how to go ahead. Should i give the Web Service Server IP Address or Port?
