equipment field dissapeared on notification screen ?

when creating a notification we have the functional location and the equipment field on the screen. somehow an user managed to create a notification where the equipment field has dissapeared from , I checked it out with the user but she doesn't know what she did and with the creation of new notifications both fields are visible again.

Does anybody got a clue what the user might have done that made the equipment field dissapear on the screen ??

(it was also frustrating because the serviceorder generated from this notification also had the equipment field set to hidden, and it is a mandatory field in the serviceorder)

Hi,

Its very simple,

Just go IW21, -or IW22 - Extras-- settings Reference object view

You can select many different combination and change it like

Equipment only

Functional location only…and so on

Enjoy SAP……

ah ok, I thought I would have fixed the choice in customizing. thanks, I see that I can also change it in iw52
