ITS 6.20 Patch 22 login Error with Firefox 1.5

We have upgraded from ITS patch 13 to ITS patch 22 (620).

We use a ITS URL to log into a R/3 620 WAS application server. On launching the URL we get a window pop up with "Opening wgu_empty.html"

and some text saying it doesn't know how tohandle this file etc what do you want to do with it.

We are using Java VM 1.4.2_12.

I've raised a message with SAP but anybody seen this before?

Does the same problem also occur with Internet Explorer or Firefox 1.0? Are the mime settings of your web server correct?

Hi

I raised a SAP message which we seem to have resolved the problem. It was only occuring via firefox but the issue to do with the mime extensions in the HTTP header of the IIS web server.
