StringToFields failed: Expected ': '

Hi

I have a query in my VC model, the query is connected to an output table and to a form. The form contains a drop down list, where I have a dynamic entry list in my input port based on the Program/Profit_Cntr list characteristic,

I noticed that when I assign this entry list a warning message appears in the Output pane, StringToFields failed: Expected ': '

I can still deploy without errors, however I would like to understand what this warning message means and if I am missing something in my dynamic list definition.

Hi Michelle,

I think this is an issue with JavaScript. It would be nice to have a screenshot, maybe SAP expands its forums with an upload function, that would be nice.

Are you trying to set a query based system in drop down list?

What is "Program/Profit_Cntr list characteristic"

I did not understand it from your question.

VC does not support drop down list with dynamic enumration based on JDBC systems queries.

Please let me know if this is your case.
