Dear Friends,

How i can check at what date perticular user was locked and who lock it?

I have check suim in that check last logon date , i have got it but i dont know last logon date date is forperticular user loged or administrator locked user date/

I have confuse please help.

Hi sachin,

Go to SUIM>User> User information-->By Logon Date and Password change

then you will get a screen

There you enter the details what you want to search( Select the radio buttons which are required for search) and click the excecute button.

Hi Sachin,

There is one difference. Try unlocking this locked user and carefully look at thge message.

1.User Locked by System Administor -- > User is locked intentionally by Sys admin.

2. User Locked due to Incporrect logons --> Exceeded max login trials...

Indeed run RSUSR200 report and you can get the last successful logon date for the user ....

Hi,

Try SUIM -> Change Documents -> For users execute this.

Put in the user name and other details and select the options for lock and lock released from the selection criteria.

This should give you the correct entries.

try this t-code "rsusr200" and specify the user name..it will give you when the user is locked and who has locked tht user. but, this works only if the user is currently locked.

Hi sachin,

We can monitor the locks in SM12.If once the object is released lock also released.

In SM12 we have a selection option.if u want see particular client ,user,table locks u can find it.

After selecting the client ,user press <b>list</b> you will get below colums

client ,user, time, mode, table, lockargument

We have the option to get the information.We have to check which profgram is running when we access SM12.

Take the program and run in SA38.
