unable to change PO as a buyer

Hi All,

I have created purchase order for direct material, and stastus is on hold and when

I looked as a buyer I can see the purchase order and when I try to change it, it says no authorizations to change

could some help me

1. How to give authrozations to buyer.to change PO

2 how to create purchase order with out hold.

Hi

Are you talking about SRM or R/3 system ? Which version of SAP and the service pack you are currently using ?

What roles have been assigned to the Buyer ?

Is it a standard role or in your system, you have maintained some Custom (Y or Z roles also).. Try to order the PO from SAP GUI and once you get any message while ordering.. Immediately execute SU53 tcode to check out for the authorization object and the required missing authorizations avaialable in RED..

Then you need to assign those missing authorizations to the Buyer role to allow him to create/change/display Purchase order depending on your scenario.
