Two J2EE engines on one server

Hi,

We have installed WAS 7.0 on our system. And we also added XI adapter engine on same server. XI adapter installed another J2EE engine. Now previous one is not running(Not showing any J2EE processes). Both engines are communicating with Messege Server on same port.

How to start the previous engine?

Is problem due to two engines on same server?

Hi Prasad,

Never heard of 2 J2EE engines on the same server, however I think if you have ensured that the port numbers are distinct, it should work.

One doubt is the message server, I doubt that you can share a message server in between two distinct engines.

Lets see if someone has done this config.
