Strange Date format in SM21 log in ERP 2005 system

Former Member

Hi,

We have upgraded to ERP 2005 from 4.6C. In the system log (SM21), when I look, the date format (yyyy/mm/dd) the year is showing as some strange number 0112 . Not sure if it is a bug or has some fix.

I had installed a new ERP 2005 system in which I have the same problem.

Has anyone encountered the same problem?

Both are in HP-UX and MSSQL.

Thanks & Regards,

P. Kumaravel.

Hi,

The support package is not released at the moment. So you're not able to download it. So we have to wait that it will be released (until februrary) but I hope there will be a pre correction/hot fix from SAP earlier.

Hi,

The SP will be released in second week of february. To get information about SP Stacks go to http://service.sap.com/sp-stacks -> SP Stack Information -> SP Stack Schedule. There you find the dates when a SP will be released.

Thanks Daniel,

Would wait till then. Just a small note, if the date format is changed in the user master record to any other than YYYY.DD.MM, the system log display the right one. Will manage with a diff date format till the SP is released.

Hi Daniel,

Thanks for your response. The notes are very much relevant, but I am not able to download the support package. It says access denied and you cannot download this supp. package.

I cannot see this support package even in the stacks.

Thanks forr your time.
