hi,
I am doing file 2 jdbc scenario. whilde doing in I.R it is asking for jdbc connection and server and other mandatory fields. i am trarnsferting data from file to MS Access databse.
Could u please guide me to what data of MS Access have to put in I.R. and how can i find the path of the database connection.
Please help me.

Adding to above discussion,
You no need to specify anything in IR.creat a business system as thirdparty in SLD and you need to concentrate in Communication channel,there you need to specify your jdbc connection parameters.
Please go throught this below link you will able to undestand how to manage the jdbc receiver.

Can you look into the JDBC adapter section of the blog /people/sravya.talanki2/blog/2006/12/27/aspirant-to-learn-sap-xiyou-won-the-jackpot-if-you-read-this-part-iii ?
I recommend you to go through that for getting a hang of the JDBC adapter.

you don't have to specify anything in IR that relates to connection to DB
(it done in directory - in communication channel only)
