Data service - procedure results zero

I have a procedure that I inserted in my iview. I noticed that the result port is empty, it's 0 (zero), when I should see the profit_center_number field.

Also when I drag and drop the data service/procedure in my iview VC should ask which ports and fields I want to use and it's not showing the window.

Any suggestions?

Are you sure you haven't used this service before in VC and changed in the meantime? See the followinf Visual Composer WIKI FAQ entry:

Or does the field have a certain data type, like mentioned here?

Thanks Mario, it was the Do not cache data services" option that had to be changed.
