Copying local PO in SRM

Hi SRM gurus,

Is there anyway to copy a old PO of a particular vendor so that we dont have to enter the details again for the same material and same vendor and we will have to change only the quantity and the delivery date.

Kindly suggest.

Hi Sridhar,

Pls note PO requires approval process so even if you want to carry out the same transaction you will have to undergo the same procedure for another even similar PO but you can make SC template out of sent PO,so whenever you want recurring transaction you can directly go in the template and order the SC and then WF will trigger for SC &PO.

Thanks for the reply.

I want to know whether the "Old Purchase Orders and Templates" is there in the creation of direct PO screen without SC by the purchaser which is not available.
